1 cup of TORI Pumpkin Seed Milk
1 frozen ripe banana
1 handful of fresh spinach
¼ to ½ medium avocado - adds creaminess and healthy fats
1 teaspoon of honey or date syrup
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
Ice to taste
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Mix until a smooth and homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Serve immediately and garnish with some toasted pumpkin seeds on top.
