Matcha Cold Brew with Pumpkin Seed Milk
Ingredients
2 teaspoons of high-quality matcha tea
250 ml of TORI Pumpkin Seed Milk
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
Ice cubes to taste
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Ground cinnamon for garnish
Preparation:
In a container, sift the matcha tea to avoid lumps.
Add a small amount of hot water (not boiling) and mix until forming a smooth paste.
Incorporate the pumpkin seed milk and sweetener, mixing well.
Add the vanilla extract if desired.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice and sprinkle with cinnamon.
